Refund not received

I had applied for 64 shares of Future Capital Holding through IPO on 14/01. I had applied through Kotaksecurities.com by paying Rs 48960 online.

After its listing, there was no communication sent to me. (I could've got it had I been alloted or got my refund). Then I contacted Kotaksecurities.com After repeated follow-ups, I was informed by Kotak that I had not been alloted any shares of FCH & that my refund cheque has been sent at my DP address by Intime Spectrum (The company involved in the registry). Now almost 1 month & 11 days have gone past still I am awaiting my refund.

I have tried million of times to Kotak & Intime Spectrum as well only to receive disappointment. I am stranded & donot know who to speak.

Please do something if it possible.
