This is to informed you that, I shall not received above mention PF code withdrawal amt. credit or cheque from your side. I work with a name of company M/S. Inventure Growth & Sec. Ltd. for 2 years & 7 month. The above mention code is my PF no. I steel not received the Amt.. I wiil enquire to my employer office they said me the form was submitted by his Ajent Mr. Pankajbhai in January.

I sing the withdrawal form in Jane 2009 handed over to employer staff. Now that reason I call on phone to you but your all to all line is ringing. There are nobody can give response to me.

So please do the needful & confirmed the same of my claimed States on my phone or email.
