Inverter with battery model 800VA
Attery not working for last 6 months

I bought the Inverter with Battery on 14.5.10 and from the second month onwards the Inverter was not giving stated output. I called the Engineer Ram Kumar ph 9999916551 but he could never meet his appointment and came once when I was not there at home. As I live alone it was not possible for me keep waiting indefinitely. I called up the sales lady Shikha who initially promised to send engineer but late stopped picking the phone. Now the company has apparently shifted from the address given in receipt, that is mahendra park to B 245 Noida phase 2 but does not give office numbers to customers. I feel I have been cheated by this company who now evades my calls. The inverter is ineffective and the box given for battery too is broken.

I WANT ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY AND/ OR INVERTER OR FULL REFUND OF RS 10000.
