I had dropped the Redemption Payment of Flexibonds-22, option-D, cheque No. 163965 dt25th August for Rs.36180/- (No. of bonds 6, Principal = Rs.30, 000 Int Rs. 6180) Acoount Payee RAMYARAMANATHAN A/C S 004001514285 ICICI BANK /MADHAPUR BRANCH, at ICICI ATM located at Padmaraonagar /Laxmi Apartments/Sc on 10-09.The bank has confirmed that the chq has not been recieved and as such the Account is not credited with the amount. As the validity period is also over I kindly request u to issue me a fresh cheque to my below given address. MY Folio NO. is 22IFB2478524 and Warrant No. 80184678.
