Money corruption

Espected sir,

i have a family bank account in i.o.b at r.s.mangalam, ramnathapuram district.my father is a ex-service man.he passed away in the year of 8 aug after that my mum has not receiving the family pension clearly till now.my mum also have not received my father's pension and arrears for the last two months.i have contacted for the past one year but i have not received a proper feedback from them.soooo wat i am coming to say that our pension money is totally correpted by the bank.so i request you to take necessary steps as above mentoined.
