IOB Debit card
Amount not issued in atm but credited in a/c

Sir,

I am having a S/B aqccount in IOB branch of Sastra University Branch, Vallam, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.

on 5th SEP I travelled to Chennai via Thanjavur. I tryed to withdraw cash for my trip at three ATMs one IOB, one Canara Bank & one in SBI ATMs the TXN numbers are given below

2.0009241

3.0018540

All the the time the transaction was declined. But to my shock I found the amount was debited to my account.

Kindly do the needful and oblige.
