Deposit realization

Hi we are State Govt. Employees, The registered dealers have submitted Securities by means of Term Deposit with various banks, some dealers have not paid their taxes, for this the Department is empowered to adjust their securities for the tax dues. Well!

We have sent those Security Deposits for adjusting them for tax to banks where the deposits were made.

It is more than two months the banks have not made any response to our requests.

Now what could we do?
