IOB vyasarpadi branch
Very poor service

My name is vijay I am from vyasarpadi i am working in trident chennai i approached IOB vyasarpadi branch for my educational loan for my Post graduation as my father and mother's account is in that same bank i meet the manager for the same purpose and the way he responds us is so humiliating that past 2 months im going for the bank but till now i have not got any proper response by the manager whenever we go he asks us to come next week for no reasons and the last time when i went the response he gave is a insult to me.

We are using that bank for nearly past 17 years for the transactions but the customer service they provide is so ungreatfull

I would like a proper response and explanation for this from the IOB itself
