Gas cylinder leakage and gas pipe supply by force

Sir, My gas agency is SARNATH GAS AGENCY code no.155975 in VARANASI (U.P.). Today i got a defective cylinder with gas leakage. My agency persons are not ready to mind complain but they are ready to misbehave us. They are asking me to purches a gas pipe of rs.170/- by force. Otherwise they are going to unnecessary delay my gas supply. Please sir we are just waiting for your action. your sincerly nagendra kuma
