Lgp-distributor is delaying in delivery of cylinde

Hi..LPG distributor Kaushal Indane is giving pathetic service to its customer.

1) I have booked cylinder 10days back and still they have not delivered, when I queried they are saying it will take another week.

2) To talk them over phone is next to impossible because telephone lines are always engaged.

3) The office staff there are so rude as if we are not in demacratic country and we have no right to speak to their owner.

Pls get back to me asap. My details are beow mentioned.
