I have an Indane coneection with consumer number 22482. W are serviced by your dealer Prathana Agencies, Moovarasampattu near Madipakkam. It has become extremely difficlut to get them on phone. They have three phones but all are reported to be engaged all the time. Either the number of phones they have is inadequate to handle their customers or they have more cuatomers than they can service satisfactorily. My self and my wife are both senior citizens and can not be expected to go in person to book cylinder refills every time. More over it involves auto rickshaw fare os Rs 40 either way. As the situation has become unbearable and is exasperating I am forced to complain. This situation has been faced by me for quite a while. This time we booked the cylinder refill more than 10 days back by going in person but we have no idea when it will come. For the last 5 days I keep trying their phones many times a day but with little success. We are afraid that our preent cylinder will get exausted and we will face troubles. We request your immediate interventions.
