Gas booked thrice, but not supplied yet

I have booked Indane domestic gas via internet (TOMO GAS) on 20-02 and booking number was 8 and when we made an enquiry the authorities of Arjun Gas, keezhukara, Kozhenchery said that the booking is no longer valid. We again booked

by the same procedure and the same result was repeated. We have two cylinders and for the last three months we are not using cooking gas, which is a sort great inconvenience. Now we booked gas for the third time on 08-04 and made an enquiry with the authorities in person. It is a sort of pity that the authorities were very rude. However they disclosed that the booking was there which shows that the earlier bookings were cancelled by them. It came to my notice that they are making out of turn distribution of cylinders in these areas at higher rate. Your kind attention and action is sought in this matter.
