I have lost my blue book somewhere in the city jhansi. As per norms of IOCL i have fulfill all the required paper they demand after that he gave me a sign paper not blue book for future booking of gas and told me after some time i give you blue book but till date i booked my gas with out blue book.plz provide it as soon as early
