Insufficient dealing

Sir,

I am Yatheesh C., Geethanjali, Altharamoodu P.O. Pin: 695102 a costumer of IOCL. My card serial No. 20709. customer No is NC 670026. I booked for gas cylinder on 29/8 Booking No is 10729. But I did not get the refilled gas till now. There is no responds from agency office and telephone receiver is always out off order purposefully. I went directly to the office on 3/10, then they said that cylinder has already sent. But If any emergency, like gas leakage or other dangerous condition we have no way for help or contact from agency office. They are selling the gas cylinder in black market. Please give me a reply as early as possible.
