Distributor not supply the refill on time

I'm having a Indane gas connection, my consumer no. is 7142. The distributor (Riddhi Indane Service) create a problem all the time. They are not provide us they refill on time. They take 2-3 weeks to supply the refill cylinder. when we complaint this to them, they take us very nagetively. Their behaviour is also not good. They threaten us that if we complaint against this again they will not supply they gas refill cylinder. Please suggest us what should we do?
