Delay in supplying LPG Cylinde

Myself is Indande LPG Customer having CSC No.7703 at Bhuj. Recently the customers of State Civil Supply has been transferred to M/s. Sahajanand Indane Gas Agency, Station Road, Bhuj. I have booked my cylinder on 26/08 but till today they have failed to deliver. I tried to contact them on their telephone No. 253007 and 250505 but continuously from 1000am to 1100am I got the numbers engaged. I personally visited the office but I could not be given satisfactory reply saying still three four days I have to wait. Regarding contact on telephone they did not given me satisfactory reply. I was asked to note down the number written which I was having already. Thus, the service is very very poor and and delay in supplying the cylinder is abnormal. I request to investigate the matter and why so delay and why they keep the phone away from the cradle harassing customer and people has to run down.

Hoping early and prompt action in the matter.
