Non delivery of lpg. cylinde

My name is mr. g. francis having consumer no. 28282 at devi gas service jabalpur. i have booked my gas cylinder on 01/10 and have repetedly asked the agency to supply it. but there was no responce for it. earlyer also i have faced the same problem and had complain it to the sales officer there . (iti tandon) she told me that in future there willl be no problem redarding it. there are only 2 person in my family and the gas usage is very less . but instade of it they are not supplying the gas on time.
