Not get new connection

Dear Sir,

I have registered (slip no- 063472) for new Indane Gas connection on 11.07.2005 at K.T.P.P.Co-Opt Stores Ltd, Kolaghat, Purba Medinipur, Wb. They told me that there was no stock for new connection and asked me to keep contact with them. But every time they answered me the same. I have not get the connection till now. Can I get the connection. Pls help.
