IMPROPER INSTALLATION& MFG DEFECTS

Dear sir,

I have purchased Zero B Reverse Osmosis water purifier unit - Model RO- UNDER THE SINK- 5LTRS on 04.02.2008. This product has some mfg defects namely the face/cover plate was not properly fixed to the its main chassis. The screws of the cover plate are simply coming out o their holes. The screw holder at the top of the plate is simply detached. This matter was brought to the attention of the technician available at the time of installation who told me that it will be taken care off later. He kept the said cover plate in position by a adhesive tape. So far the problem remained.

I am promised 3 free services during the First year of purchase. I had to make several calls to the marketing executive reminding the same. Then only somebody comes.

I request you to take up the compliant with appropriate authorities to rectify the mfg defects. There is no Customer Care Centre/ complaint Cell or a Toll Free Number in the warranty card / invoice
