Poor Service | Without water for more than 65 hours

I would like to bring in your kind attention that i have been using the Zero B water purifier for more than 5 years now and the quality of service which i am getting each year after doing AMC is pathetic.

The customer care says that the complaint will get attended in 3 days, but it never happens. I have been without water for more than 65 hours now. And the way kolkata branch guys talk is rubish.

Other water purifier companies attends the customer within hours of getting the call, then why not this or are we getting the service for free. We have been paying more than 4000 rupees every year for the AMC and this is what we are getting after all this.

Whenever there is a change in some parts of the machine, it is never available and it takes more than a month to replace that part.

I would like you to please look into this matter if you people know the importance of water.
