Defective Material /component Quick- connector strainer of Zero B ultimate RO system Table top model purchased and installed At my residence A-302, Aashiyana Apartment, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Extension New Delhi 110091. TF 011-22710836, Mob 987134691. This component giving problem immidiately after installation.and was replaced once in June 08 . In fact its design is defective and poor quality of material used in its manufacture. This component need redesign to avoid recurrin problem. Company also not bothered and had kept the component price exhorbitantly very very high. This can not be good business model to keep spare /service prices high and is not expected from a company of repute. This component need to be replaced and its design be modified.
