Non availability of Maruti Esteem and Maruti Swift spare parts for the last one month

Please note that we at Ipca Laboratories have about 15 Maruti Vehicles but when we approach Patel Motors for repair of these Maruti Cars then we find that spare parts are not available for the last one month such as :

1. Side view mirror of Maruti Esteem.

2. Hose pipe of Maruti Esteem.

3. Various spare parts of Maruti Swift.

Please intervene in the matter as if your dealers will not provide the required service then we will be forced to complain to the consumer forum.
