VERY LOW SPEED OF NET

Two No. broadbands installed on Tel. Nos. 23273539 & 23278516 and the speed of internet is very slow on both the broadbands hardly 25 kbps. In this regard, a telephonic complaint has already been lodged on today i.e. 21.07.09 vide complaint No. 2873 & 2874 respectively.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to enhance the speed of internet of above mentioned telephone Nos.
