Iphone and airtel
Iphone unable to connect to net

I buyed I phone with airtel connection (for my old phone no. 9960308056) from Imagine store in pune. But not able to use it because of error. I can see EDGE (E) symbol and already have a active Mobile office connection which work with by Nokia phone.

But it is not working for the Iphone.

One of the Airtel relationship office staff told me that I need a 64k SIM Spectialy brought by airtel which I will get free. Then they said it is not avilable for my no. (99 series) in pune, from last 2 month I am runing from piller to post and called lot of time to their customer care but it of no use, I still strugling to get it.
