Repair Status

Sir,

I had purchased an I phone in the month of January this year and all was fine till first week of March. However, one fine day the sleep or on/off button of my phone suddenly stops working. Left with no other option after deleting the entire data i gave my phone for repair to the Connaught Place, New Delhi outlet of Airtel on 21.03.09. I was told that I would receive my phone within 10 working days, but its been over 10 days now and I am still not aware about the status of my phone. Its been quite an harassment as firstly, within couple of months of buying such an expensive phone its sleep button stops working and then secondly Apple workshop in Bangalore, India takes such long time to repair the same!!! If possible please improve your customer services!!!
