I want to change the Product

Hi,

I have received an I phone at the cost of 1949 incl postage charge. The following items has not been reced on 13 Nov:

(a) Data Cord (b) Free gift Rs. 500/- GC,

The product given to me is substandard. I want to change my Product. I want E-Phone Offer Prise Rs. 4, 999/-and M.R.P is Rs. 31, 000/-.I am trying to talk so many time with Customer Care but always got unhappy. Kindly do need full and give me your contact number to contact you imdtly.
