Delayed delivery, partial supply, poor communication

I ordered an i phone from TOI news paper Ad on 6th Feb.. A cheque was sent and money was paid from HDFC bank on 11th of February but product came on 20th Feb. A complaint was lodged immediately same time after opening package for not receiving memory card and complaint number obtained.10 phone calls were regularly made and each time a new complaint number was provided for redressal. I could use the phone till date for photos and store anything. Full 2 months passed and today 27th April India shopping calls me giving me a gift voucher number for Rs.300/- asking me to order again on India shopping.

My 10 phone calls had cost me Rs.400/- from my mobile and for long durtaion wait when the CCO goes to check for verification etc. I know atleast 6 persons name with whom I interacted.

There is no local shop in Chennai where i can go and get the memory card by making payment also.

I am deeply hurt and not happy with this kind of service. I will never buy anything from India Shopping again.
