Efund not recieved

Dear Sir/madam,

I had booked two tickets for IPL finals in the year 2008 held at mumbai, While i booked the ticket i had to book it for Rs. 10.000 per ticket hence, for two tickets it costed me Rs.20.000/- . where as after few days before the match i recieved a mail and also read in the papers that the tickets cost was reduced to Rs2.000/- i was assured a refund of remaining amount that is Rs.8.000/- each. Inspite of my several mails and complaints to kya zoonga sight i realised money has not been credited to my credit card account till date.
