My Name is Mohammed azad. I have placed order on 09th Feb my order no. 5187828

The actual order which I have placed was that which was popup on rediff page that was metal 3rd generation.

Instead of that I have got another order.rediff was given the vendor number but its not picuping the phone.this is my 4 time mailing.and this product is second hand.also rediff was not resloving the problem daily says wait for eveing but no revert from Rediff end

Rediff shopping was Bad service. My Complent No.'Rediff=008-991-552' every time complent no is change.my second complent no.'Rediff=008-997-093'

Please resolve the problem.
