Got the refund of ipo in wrong name printed

With reference to the above subject, i would like to draw your attention to the fact that refund of the ipo of future capital holding company ltd was obtained by me in a wrong name printed on it which was ATUL ARVINDBHAI PATEL instead of

RUTUL ARVINDBHAI PATEL.The refund order no is 1279497 dated 30/1/08.

REFERENCES--Bid application no 25477440, Cheque no 283051, Can no 1279497, reference no 509552040000397.

I had before also send the mail regarding this problem to INTIME SPECTRUM REGISTRY LIMITED but i have got no reply or feedback yet. I had also contacted many persons through telephone to intime spectrum registry limited but they had also not gave me a positive reply.
