I worked with i-process services at Delhi office as a team leader.i had resigned on 25 june and also completed all my resignation formalities.i received all my pf papers from i-process and forwarded the same to the pf office in Mumbai pf office.i also received a letter from pf office with flowing details:

Ref no-60305853/cash2067/ban02/577/7249/r.l no -144457 &60305854/cash206204/BHN02/588/7411

Final/part settlement of P.F accumulation and withdrawal benefit against P.F account no MH/47808/8

Cheque no-312478 dated 30/3 for Rs10773

Withdrawal Cheque number-406120 dated 30/3for rs 5232

A/C no 00460150778329 (ICICI bank).

But till date amount has not been credited in my account. I called Mumbai pf office9bhavishya nidhi bhawan Bandra, Maharashtra-400051) several times but got no response. I tried to get some help from i-process also but same happened here also.

PLEASE HELP ME.
