Not Given my Salary

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am A.Sagul Hameed, My employee Id is C22207. I joined in Optimus global services in ambattur branch. I worked for Icici prudential- sales dept. I have some complaints about the company, which I dont want go and talk in the company. so I thought to make notice to the people. I have joined there on 28-july. I have worked there for 22 days, which have gone hard. I already worked in the tele marketing field, But i never felt this much of preesure ever. The days I worked went like a hell. Believe me or not. I heard the same things from my colleagues. 20 th august, I started to fasting, because of Ramzan month. muslims should do that. They not at all given respect to the employees faith. I asked permission to close my fasting end of the day. that too I compensated by working at lunch hours and break hours. 2 days they gave, just for the sake. from third day itself, they refused to give permission. Next day I am not well, So I took leave, my TL called me and I said The reason. So its informed leave. I couldn't go for one week. As per terms I was ready submit my medical certificate. But Before that they themselves decided me as absconded. Then they removed my name and Blocked my salary. So Kindly please make me to get back my salary.
