Iptv freezing problem

I have taken iptv connection on 1-12 on my bsnl phone number 0141-2780304 the connection is not functioning propertly from the date of connection. Athough complains were lodge with iptv (0141-2771177) of there complain centre almost daily and also with bsnl call centre number 1500 without any response. No body bothered to attend complain. Hence from 1-12 i and my family is with tv programme
