I have booked IPTV on 10th January My booking no. is 200901101.It was booked by Ms. Archana. She told me that IPTV will be installed at our place within maximum 21 days. They collected the required cheque from me within 2-3 days of booking. After collection of cheque they gave no response to our booking. I use to keep on calling them to check my booking status, and there was no progess. They dont even told me any problem regarding that and even not given any satisfied answer regarded my complaint on non installation. On 17th feb they told me that my booking has automatically cancelled.

Previously also my booking was automatically cancelled. Please consider the complaint.
