Not work properly

I m apply a connection of MTNL IPTV on Nov.and it was installed on a separate phone No. in Dec. 2009.. However since then I have been facing the problem with the same. The screen freezes after every 20-30 seconds and I am not able to watch any programme. I m coplaint many time on customer care numbers but they r not give any positive responce.
