Lising the event summary

1) IPTV installed on 19-9

2) Not working from very next day

3) Complaint lodged on 20-9

4) False promises obtained from call center on subsequent follow up calls

5) No senior person bothered to attend the complaint

6) Complaints sent by FAX on 3-10-08, 6-10-08, 7-10-08, 13-10-08, 13-11-08 requested them not to charge rental till it works with CC to MTNL QCS and Accounts

7) Eventhough the rental for the servic was charged. Finally I requested them to stop the service, collect the STB and refund my deposit. Still no action.

8) MTNL official told that they will not stop charging the rental unless I surrender the STB as such I did the same on 26-11-08 and the rental for the service was stopped.

9) as on today I have not recd my deposit (Rs. 999/-) back from Aksh and now they are asking me to return STB???
