Bad Code Of Conduct

Respected Sir/Madam.

I Nitish Thaman Has Been Working With Company Since The Month Of October.

I Have In Row Been A Top Performer Till The Time I was In This Company.

Last Month i.e. Mar. I was Not keeping Well Since I Have Donated My One Kidney To My Father.

I Had Already Informed My AVP Mr. Abhishek Surana & My Wife Had Informed VP Mr. Vineet Chaturvedi.

They Have Put My salary On hold without my information & terminated me without Any Prior Notice. Mr. Abhishek Surana Has Been Partial & Vineet Charuvedi Only Favours those people who give him something in return.

I Have also got the news that they do not plan to give me my incentives too.

When i had gone to the office on 30-Mar-09, They made me log out at 8:30pm & made me wait till 2:00am, stating that we cant give any drop.

I would like have strict action against it.
