Deficiency in services

We have purchased the screw type compressor of Ingersoll Rand. We are regularly taking the services of this company. A week ago my compressor caught fire and i called up the company people. The spare parts, the oil etc. are very very expensive of this co. Nowhere on their product any MRP is mentioned. They are charging watever they feel like and still not giving satisfactory services. Their engineers are even not responding to us. We are suffering huge losses due to compressor break down as our small co. is totally dependable upon compressor.
