Fraud by National Institute of Management

I have taken admission in National Institute of Management (NIM) for course of Diploma in Civil Engineer in June-08, this is one year correspondence course & full course fee was Rs. 9700=00. I have given cheque No. 492617 on dtd. 04/06/08 as full course fee.

But till to day I have not got any books/study materials, I regularly visited NIM centre for books but books was not available at centre. I contact at centre through land line & at mobile to Miss Sneha who is employee of NIM & my admission was done through this guy but phone was dead, then I visited at NIM education centre on dtd. 18/06/09, centre was closed; I inquired at near NIM centre shops they people answered that this was closed.

I feel that National Institute of Management is cheated me.

Please do needful & please guide me for further claim procedure.
