I m disturbed with this road construction companys

I have a lost my temper against this toll nakas or check post, they charge us for road development, but where are the roads, there are more potholes then road, then y the hell we or i should pay the toll,

take for instance the arey colony road, look at the road conditions, we asked y is it so, reason is that its rainy season roads tend to get bad, but what the hell are this construction company doing the rest of the 8 months, they know when the rainy seasons r coming they should be prepared for it, and poor public dont have time to bother y the hell are they paying this toll for such roads, everyone is running for their work,

one more example look at the road from kashimira to dahisar check naka, yesterday only i drive my vehicle from that road my goodness road r like full of potholes and when refused to pay the toll, the toll collection window person says lodge the complaint, and the excuse is if ur buying a car or 10 to 12 lakhs then 30 rupees wont be much issue for u sir, this means that know we have to buy cars by asking this jackasses that shall we buy 10 or 12 lakh car before entering their check post, and what the hell this government is doing, thrash this whole system, and public is also the same . no one will stand against it.
