I had subcribed for 3 months broadband 256kbps 3GB download per month for Rs. 1800 taxes. started from 27th of OCT and will end on 27th-JAN,

i was happy with the connection and service.

suddenly i got a bill of 1011 Rs. on Feb 5th which is just for 9 days, 28th-jan to 4th-feb, when i enquired with airtel custcare they said i have exeded download limit by almost 2GB, then i came to know my usage in this period is almost 3GB and for these 9 days they had put the download limit for just 1GB, this billing period change made me to pay extra 1011 Rs.

i used 3months for Rs. 1800 tax paying in advance.

Now i have to pay Rs. 1011 just for 9 days, this is really disgusting.

i am really unhappy with the loss, and i'm going to disconnect airtel broadnand.
