Worst Service is provided by Irctc

Today morning I tried to book tickets from Bangalore to Trichy through Tatkal. Till 8am I was able to open the Page. But after 8am when I tried to book the ticket, its showing Service Unavailable.

I tried again & again and every time its giving irrelevant messages like "Session expired, Login again" (it was just 2 minutes after I logged in, I dont know how the session expires within 2 minutes) or "Service Unavailable" or its taking time for the page to get loaded. The condition of the Irctc website has become pathetic. Within next 5 minutes all the tickets are booked and the status has become Waiting list. Are they trying to cheat the customers?

Only the booking agents are getting benefit by this service and not the public. Then what is the purpose of giving this service online? So many people are facing problems because of this. This is not the first time am getting this problem.

I've tried to contact the Customer care also. But Iam not able to reach them. I dont know why they are so irresponsible.

Such a worst service is provided by Irctc. They should take care of this problem.
