Wanted me to pay Rs.36000/- for Customs Duty over phone

I only furnished the information as sought below stating along with that I can't make any head or tail of it. A person contacted me to my Mobile from phone 919654450714 just now - when I was visiting this site. He wanted me to pay Rs.36000/- for Customs Duty etc. I told them I can't and also that this seems phoney.
