I had sent a document from Raj Bhavan Post Office, Patna (Next to Governors Residence) yet the document sent on 25th Sept, '09 has not reached Anand, Gujrat till today 30th Sept, '09 and the phone no's to track is oty working and today is the last date!

Please get the document delivered today, else what is the USE of SPPED POST if it takes 5 days TO NOT DELIVER?
