Neglecting home delivery

Sir,

I have booked gas cylinder with Prayag Indane gas on 20/9. My consumer No. is 3816. Evenafter repeated request, concerned agency neglecting to home delivery. As there is waiting list, they should fallow the rules. I cannot take leave from time to time to take delivery at the shop. So necessary action should be initiated and if home delivery of gas cylinder is neglected deliberately, the agency should be fined on priority.
