Hi Sir/madam.

This is with regard to the bharat gas for the supply of residential gas supply by one of the bahrat gas distrutor.

1.As we have connection of bharat gas since 8 years for resident use and we have two cylinder.

2.As per the rule we have to book the gas after 20 days and we get gas after 35 days to 40 days or it may go upto 45 after booking the gas.

3.and the delivery boys charges extra 20 to 25 rupees per delivery.

4.most of the the time they will not book the gas as they supply the gas in black to other commercial agencies for more prices and they talk roodly (by commenting if u you continue other wise cancell the gas).

please help us for proper supply of gas and charges they levi on the customers.
