SIM CARD NOT REGISTERED

Hello Sir,

I m samir Kumar from chandigarh nd i wann 2 complaint about ur dealer i.e. Ganesh ur (airtel offc.)from sector 34 behind piccadaily theatre. i purchased a sim card from that offc in today morning nd he said me ur sim will be activated within 4 hours bt sir now its 11 pm nd my sim card isn't registered yet nd i complaint it twicely in customer care bt one person told me ur sim will be activated within 1 hour nd other person told me u have 2 go 4 ur dealer from where u purchase ur sim. so sir/mam tell me wat is my fault.

when i failed to pay my bill in due date u send me fine of Rs. 50/- bt wat should i do when i m facing problem due to the neglation of ur dealer.

plz help me
