ISD CONNECTION ON MOBILE REFUND
REFUND OF DEPOSIT RS 5000

Dear Sir,

I got INTERNATIONAL ROAMING connection on my Mobile 7414073442on 1st May which was disconnected after one month on my application but no refund of Rs 5000/ was given to me. I again submitted an application of refund of Rs 5000/ on 31/8/08 which was duly receipted marked as OPF77564 . Inspite of sewveral reminders, the money has not been refunded.

I request to investigate the matter for such behaviour which brings bad name to BSNL and punish the person concerned and refund me the amount IMMEDIATELY.
