Dear Sir/Madam

I reside at Andheri East and had applied for a loan with IOB at Chakala Branch andheri east, i submitted all my documentation between 20-25 october and was promised by Mr. Kadam that the sanctio letter will come by 5th november, then he postponed it to 10th november later to 22nd october, then 29th november, Now he has literally PROMISED in the first week of December. Its been more than a month i am still waiting only because my parents have an account in this bank for over years.

3 Days ago i met MR.P.B.Chavan, the manager of this branch, he told me to wait for some more time, i politely asked him how long do i need to wait, he snapped back saying 'if you want to wait then wait or try with another bank'.

This is the worst scenario ive ever come accross. No Respect for customers. If i now try to apply with another bank then it will take another month. I feel i made a mistake by approaching IOB.

Infact i asked MR.Kadam, is my request rejected, he denied that saying that it is completely positive and you will definitely get the money its just the matter of the agreement which is taking time due to the delay by the IOB Head Office.

Request you to revert as soon as possibe.
