Passport not recieved

Dear Respected Sir/Madam

This is Chandraiah Mandepudi working in South Africa as a SAP BI Consultant. I have got married with Nagamani Mandepudi on 19th March. My wife has applied for a passport on 23rd April and Police Enquiry has been completed on 20th May. Hence the passport is not received yet we are not able apply for Visa.

I have checked the status online and still shows police report has not been received.
